With the pleasure of having had a lovely long hot summer, eating and drinking alfresco has become the new norm and I have been having a few small socially distanced gatherings in my London garden, so it’s no surprise that new research commissioned by family-owned spirits company Bacardi has revealed the Great British Garden Party is making a comeback with British survey participants saying they are spending an impressive 16 hours per week socialising outdoors this Summer. My old cocktail shaker, which was lurking at the back of the cupboard has found a new lease of life and I’ve been filling my home with some lovely verdant green plants.
